“In my humble opinion, Dr. Yell is among the most important voices and thought leaders in the history of special education. I have spent my entire career reading and studying his work and I am far better for it. He is right up there on Mount Spedmore with icons such as Sam Kirk, Hill Walker, and Rob Horner.” Dr. Kurt Hulett

Dr. David Bateman and Dr. Mitch Yell write a bi-weekly blog on trending legal matters and cases which impact the legal requirements of educating kids with IEPs.
